This plugin connects to a few external services for tracking and onboarding. Each service is only contacted when its related feature is enabled:

• TrackingMore API (api.trackingmore.com) — used for live multi‑carrier tracking and creating shipment records. When a customer/admin enters a tracking number and courier code, the plugin sends those values along with your TrackingMore API key to fetch status updates.Terms || Privacy Policy

• DHL Shipment Tracking API (api-eu.dhl.com) — used when you add a DHL tracking number to an order. The plugin sends the tracking number and your DHL API key to retrieve the shipment timeline. Terms || Privacy Policy

• Carrier Tracking Links (e.g., DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, Australia Post, OnTrac, DPD, CollectPlus, TForce Logistics, APC Postal Logistics, Estes, ParcelForce, IMEX, ParcelForce, Canada Post, etc.) — when you enable “Track with Carrier,” the plugin builds a tracking URL and redirects the user to the chosen carrier’s site with their tracking number in the query string.
